I’m looking out at the snow and wondering if anyone has come across a safe bird feeder that my cats won’t use as bait! I’ve three fluffy horror shows, one of which is in his prime and a terrific hunter. They all can - and do - climb our trees so hanging something off a branch is a non starter. We’re keen to feed the birds but don’t want to set a trap and create a killing field. Hunter cat won’t wear a collar and I’ve never found collar bells effective anyway. Anyone found an effective way of doing this or should we just leave bird feeding to the neighbours?
