Young cat not eating

Does anyone have any suggestions as to what might be going on here?

Our cat is nearly 2 and has always been in good health but we noticed last week that she hadn't really been eating. The first time I really noticed was on Monday, when I offered her some scraps of a roast chicken which she would usually demolish but she didn't touch them.

The next few days she wasn't touching her dry food and was just licking a bit of the jelly from the wet food.

On Wednesday she ate 1/2 tin of tuna but didn't go crazy for it like she might normally.

On Thursday evening she was sick twice, she's never been sick before, the first DH saw and cleaned up and said there was a green blob in it that didn't look like grass and the second time it looked like normal cat sick, watery and a little foamy.

On Friday we took her to the vets who checked her over and declared her to be in perfect health, did blood tests which were all fine and send us away which some high cal food (which she's barely touched) and painkiller.

She doesn't drink much usually and I haven't seen her drinking but there appears to be water missing from her bowl and as she's not dehydrated I can only assume she's drinking a little.

She's fine in herself at the minute, doesn't appear to be in pain and is still acting pretty normally, but does appear to have lost weight as she feels lighter in my arms.

I be really grateful if anyone had any suggestions at all, thank you.

Did the vet have a really good look at her teeth?

I'm not sure, my husband took her. I will ask him. Could that indicate something?

My cat had this last week, the vet said it was probably indigestion. She was given an appetite stimulating injection.

After 3 days she was OK again.

Thank you, that's reassuring. The vet did say similar about our cat, that maybe she had an upset stomach so hopefully it's the same thing.
