Help name our cat!

Hi everyone, we recently lost our beloved cat 😢 The house feels so empty and we'll be looking to rehome another fur baby soon.

Please can you help us think of some potential new names? These are the criteria...

• Our theme is daft/cute children's TV/film characters, ideally 80s/90s, not necessarily cats, e.g. Pongo, Moomin, Elmo.
• No human names.
• No 'ess' sounds (sounds like hissing 😆).

Would love to hear some suggestions 😊 Name choice and cat tax to follow later!

Of course there's Velma, Fred, Daphne and Shaggy too!

Womble is a beautiful cat! (although doesn't look like a Womble to me) She (is it a girl - I'm guessing from the pictures) looks more delicate and finessed than a Womble!

Posy (from the Flumps) or Hamble (from playschool), or Madeline (the doll from Bagpuss, but that's obviously a human name too) would be my choices.

I've always found the name Pinocchio cute for a cat for some reason heehe

She's settling in great thanks! She's a wonderful combination of cuddly and batshit 😆 I love Pingu and that would have definitely been the name for a tuxedo!
