Flipping fleas

So I deflea my three cats regularly - I had a monthly subscription with Pets At Home where they posted me Advantage every month and for some reason that I can't remember decided to change it to Frontline Plus, in between flea treatments I check them with a flea comb - last checked a week ago, all good - tonight I discovered that all three have a healthy flea population going on, so maybe my spot checks weren't thorough enough🙁
Also discovered that cats are much happier around a flea comb if you dip it in warm water first and now tomorrow will be spent spraying household flea spray everywhere and boil washing everything.

I'm planning to switch back to Advantage asap - but just wondering if there's any other treatment that I should consider.

You need Bravecto - it has to be prescribed by a vet and it’s quite expensive (I paid around £100 for 3 cats) but it’s the only thing that worked on ours- I swear our littlest rescue cat was resistant to anything else!

Seconding Bravecto. Your vet might offer a pet care plan where you pay monthly and it covers flea treatment, wormer, and health checks.
