Fireworks!

Stupid teens two doors up set off a load of fireworks about 7pm. My girl was still outside. Now she’s run off into the park. I hate fireworks and stupid people who set them off at random times.

She’s still not back. DH is searching the park.

Has she come back yet. I hate fireworks. Wish they were banned.

Agree about random times for fireworks. No doubt a thread around November 5th will allow us all to give our views.

Sorry, I forgot to post. She came back in under her own steam at about 10pm. I’d gone back inside for a wee and she trotted in and started shouting.

Yep, they've been setting them off for a couple of weeks near me.
This is in addition to the big bangers announcing the fresh supply of Drugs available (usually around the beginning of the month)
Terrifies little children already in bed and everyone's pets.
I loathe the Bastards who do this.

Our cat was terrified last year and so I've started playing fireworks on YouTube on a low volume for maybe 5 or 10 mins a day this week, gradually turning the sound up. Last night we had teens letting off fireworks and whilst he wasn't happy about it, didn't hide under the sofa for 2 days like last time!
