Second hand cat tree

Friend has offered me a large cat tree which her cats have lost interest in. It's in great condition and I'd love to accept it, but would my cats accept it as it will small of her cats. It's hot several fluffy fabric baskets. Guessing it will be spongable but not washable. What do you think?

I've passed on a couple of cat trees to some friends before. Our cat loved them, but wasn't able to use them anymore. Friends cats loved them and were all over them immediately! I think you could definitely give it a go😊
