Oriental type cats

Does anyone else have an Oriental type cat that likes other Oriental types, but does not like other cats?

I have had words to him about his terribly snobbish behaviour, but unfortunately, he still wants to rip the throats out of our short nosed cats (and definitely wants to rip any unsuspecting ferals that foolishly cross his path limb from limb) and then lets the long nosed cats walk all over him!

My dear oriental girl used to sit with a local sismese who would wait by the window for her, she hated the local longhaired moggy bully who would chase her

I’m on a Siamese and oriental fb group and there are lots of people on there who have moggy cats or Maine coone / ragdolls with their orientals / Siamese . That said the Siamese and orientals are far superior to other cats and yours sounds like he knows it 😀

My grandparents’ Siamese hated everyone.

She wasn’t really my grandparents’. She belonged to someone down the road, but they got other cats and she hated them. All of them. So she hung out at my grandparents’ every day instead.

I always wanted a Siamese.

@VenusClapTrap Siamese are the best , our family had a Ragdoll previously but the Siamese are so cuddly and really want attention and interaction .I include a photo of one of my grand kittens

I guess I should be pleased really. The two other two Orientals were introduced as adults this year (a relative couldn't keep them anymore) to our existing cat family and we were pretty worried that he would unleash fury towards them. However, he's been really good. Photo tax of the wicked beast included.

I agree. My oriental girl is best friend with a neighbour's half bengal (the bengal is similar as hers; confident, athletic). They both look down and bully a (less athletic & easy going) long haired moggy down the road
