Can anyone tell me what they mean by standard veterinary consultation?
do people have a vet routinely check their pets over more than annually?

Non- standard would be out of hours, referral, second opinion or behavioural consultation.
Standard consultation - dog has sore ear/ been sick/ sore toe etc.

I didn't pay for the consultation when Vadercat had scratched his eye. I was seen the same afternoon during normal hours. Just paid for the ointment.
