Advice for stressed cat

Hi, has anyone tried any supplements for stressed cats that actually work? My little 3 Yr old girl was in a rta 2 weeks ago. She had her jaw treated and stitched at the gets and is physically recovered. However, she is very clingy and constantly grooming , which I believe is a sign of stress. Any advice is most appreciated.

Try Feliway, I used it for ours when we moved and they've been really calm and settled quickly. It comes as a spray or plug in and gives off happy cat pheromones.

I agree with feliway if not ring the vet for advice

spray their bed with feliway gives them a chill space

Zylkene is good too

My cat got so stressed that she didn't. Wee for 48 hours. We ended up at the emergency vet. They gave her some gabapentin and it really helped. She isn't getting on well with my new cat. So has it occasionally if she's very stressed.

Feliway optimum plug in, Zylkene tablets, and catnip on their bed (either the dried plant or spray forms)

Thanks everyone, I'll try the plug in and spray. If they don't work I'll take her back to the vets. I'm trying to avoid that if I can as that really makes her anxious!

Yes! We have a very stressy cat, feliways everywhere to little affect and the vet recommended this which has worked a treat! He's relaxed, cuddly, happy since we started. One capsule in food every morning.

Feliway never worked for us - we used Pet Remedy instead - it's cheaper too!

There’s a calming spot on too from beaphur.
