Is this anything to worry about?

This is a small area, about 1cm diameter on my cat's rear inside leg.
I believe she did hurt herself as about a month ago she had a small amount of blood there, I wiped with salt water daily and monitored for signs of infection.
It's now a pink bigger bald area, not sure if this is scar tissue or she's groomed that area lots and now bald?
It's pink but not red raw, no bleeding or open wound or any oozing.
It's not giving her any trouble, she's completely her usual self, active, eating and I've touched and pressed around and in that area and had no pain reaction from her at all.
She's up to date with jabs, worms and fleas.

Personally it wouldn't worry me - just keep an eye on it and maybe mention it at her next appointment if it still hasn't healed.

Mine are always coming home with random cuts and grazes, never taken any of them to the vets yet!
