Poor Angus, still trying with Little Cat. She moved a few moments after the first photo was taken so he followed her and tried again in the second photo. He is so DESPERATE to be her friend but we must be 5 years on now and she’s still not having it, the little minx!

Aw, sweet Angus! I hate to tell you, but I got a kitten to keep my cat company & she despised the kitten for the rest of her life (12 years with the kitten/new cat!)

He is the sweetest natured cat and just can’t understand why she doesn’t like him. I’m sure he would love to be your friend!

I think I’m starting to come to terms with the fact that she’s just not in to him. She’s an older cat (about 13/14) now and came to us about 5 years ago (possibly longer) and had had to stick up for herself in her previous life so she doesn’t have much trust in other cats sadly,

How can she resist? He's so fluffy!

Poor Angus, my Pooka has an unrequited love for our ginger Nemo. All he wants is to sit beside him and be washed by him but it's just not happening. They do play together but Nemo refuses to take it to the next level.

You can see Pooka trying to stealthily pour himself off the cushion to sleep beside Nemo in the photo.

I know! Who could resist him. He was also making little chirruping noises to her. He couldn't have been sweeter with her.

She's a dear little thing but everything is on her terms.

I love the name Pooka! How sweet they look. At least Nemo will play with Pooka. Archie, my other ginger fluff playfully ran over to Little Cat the other day which is amazing as he doesn't normally bother with her and she nearly took his eye out!! She is sooo feisty.

Do Angus & Archie play together?

Yes they do - especially at around 5am😡 They also like to wash each but do like their own space as well.
