Nothing better than a purring cat

There's truly nothing better than a purring and snoring cat on your bed when it's pissing down outside is there?

My mainly outdoor big boy is on my bed snoring away and there's biblical rain outside. Best thing ever. Every so often he wakes up and gives me a lovely blinky face.

I don't have kids, but I guess this feeling is as close as it gets. Having a fat heavy warm cat making you uncomfortable but you're happy anyway 😂

I was wearing a purring Penelope this morning, as a hat. It was lovely.

It's the best isn't it.

My evening just became less adorable when husband started serenading the cat with WAP.

All three of my cats have the best purrs, but the frontrunner is my Teddy Bear, Maine Coon/Ragdoll cross boy, whose purrs are legendary!

Though my much loved late boy, who died aged 20+ purred his best. He had vestibular disease and lost the ability to purr, but he tried sometimes, and it was heartbreaking!

There's nothing better than cuddling up to a purring cat! None of my current three are lapcats, but my last boy developed into one. Living in hope!

Cat Three has a malfunctioning purr, but the happiest snore in the world.
Cat One has the longest purr: he curls up on the bed between us and the purr goes on and on.
