fan or cat?

I can't have both in the room apparently, I have to choose.

Why not? My cat loves a fan in hot weather. He does prefer to sit under the air con though, so maybe get air con instead?

Apparently I am not allowed a fan either! DH got the tower fan out of the loft last night and I was sleeping blissfully cool until 3am when Dcat started meowing in my ear. Up and down the side of my bed passing the fan, meowing each time. I turned it off and she buggered off to the windowsill, like the happy little dictator that she is! Can’t believe I just did it and spent the rest of the night bloody hot!

I turned it back on this morning to see if she could tolerate it and she immediately started chirruping her annoyance. She is a little fucker!

This is her lording it up on my side of the sofa🤣🤣 She literally rules with a furry paw! Whatever she wants, she finds a way to get it!

Both .ine are ok with the fan. They like it.

I spent a good 5min making sure the fan was hitting me and the cat when it turned. He sat there a few minutes and then got up, I thought how ungrateful 😂.

JimCat has found a solution to being too hot - he had a nap on top of his water bowl. He licked himself dry afterwards. He's a clever cat and can do things like open doors.

Mine was chilling on the window sill last night by an open window avoiding the fan and anything comfy. We moved from a cool basement flat to a warm house. She is not loving the warmth

One of mine loves the fan but these light mornings are a nightmare, I had to get up at 5am so she woke me at 4am just because she can.

Last year we all boiled upstairs and downstairs the fan was on for the dog.

Right now same dog is sleeping in front of the fan.

There is a reason why my animals are not permitted on the same floor of the houses as me overnight!
