Bump on lip

My cat's just developed this today, it's raised and pink near his mouth. I gave him Panacur yesterday and this morning, wondering if it could be related ?

I can't get him to sit still I will try next time he naps, although it looks reduced now except there's a little bit of skin hanging. Maybe he bit his lip when I syringe fed him the Panacur

I'm sure it's nothing to worry about - I'd just keep an eye on it and speak to the vet if it's still there in a week or so, or seems to be causing pain or discomfort.

Do you reckon he tried to eat a bee?
