Bonded sisters hate each other after vets

Two bonded sisters hate each other since returning from vets to be spayed

Yesterday our very close and bonded sisters went to the vets to be spayed.
Since returning home they have sat at different ends of the hall hissing and growling at each other 😩
Why are they doing this? And is it temporary?
I’m so stressed out again the fact they need to be healing after surgery and instead they are hissing and angry at each other 🥴
Any advice or help much appreciated 🙏🏼

It's temporary don't panic .. my cats always do this .

It lasts 3 days at most !

Animals are in A LOT of pain after spaying.
It is depending in procedure hysterectomy or c section level procedure with minimal or none pain relief after.
And animals in pain do not like company as they are super voulnerable.
