Weird lump on skin

Excuse my horrible post house renovation hands, but noticed this small lump on one of our cats neck earlier. I’ve noticed her nipples look a bit sore as well and she constantly licks them.
I’m booking a vets appointment tomorrow, but wondered if anyone had seen similar. She’s nearly 4 years old.

Is it definitely attached to her? It's not a skin tag is it?

I think it’s attached yes and after a Google, skin tags on cats seem to be a thing. Thankyou. I’m going to get her checked tbh as her tummy is quite protruding and she could just be overweight, but she has an Iams pouch in morning and spoon of dry in evening, so I’m not sure why she is overweight. Want to check nothing more sinister.
