Squiggle in cat's eye - is this normal?

Just noticed a squiggly thing in the corner of my cat's eye today, and I'm not sure if it's normal pigmentation or some kind of parasite.

She was only wormed a few weeks ago, but we had to crush it up in food and its possible we didn't get 100% of the tablet into her.

Do you think this needs a vet trip?

If you Google cats eye close up it seems pretty common and suggestions are it’s a blood vessel? I’ve just prodded my cat awake and she has this too. Her wormer is up to date and she had it all.

DH was worried about it, and as soon as you Google it you get all sorts.
