Just picking Jcat up from the vet. Looks like he has cruciate disease in both the knees and has ruptured the ligament on one leg.
It looks pretty serious. I don't know what the surgical options might be - it needs an orthopaedic consult. But he's nearly 15 and the disease looks severe.
He's such a lovely cat. Apparently they needed 2 people on him - one to provide cuddles and head butts. And one to do the work.
Please send good thoughts for him and a hand hold for me.
