Cat not herself - how long do we wait before seeing a vet?

Dcat slept a lot more than usual yesterday afternoon and evening and wasn't her usual lively self in the evening.
This morning she doesn't want to do anything and hasn't eaten.
I've tried to entice her with different food and treats but she's not interested.
She has pooed in the night and did a wee this morning.
But she's now just dozing on the bed.
We always have a play first thing before I start work but she's so quiet today.
How long should I give it before getting a vets appointment?

24 hours of not eating or reduced eating is normally the advice for when to contact the vet.

Thank you.
I'm keeping a close eye on her

Ring sooner if cat is smaller also. They can't take as long without food/ water than bigger cats.

If im not sure I always give them a ring and see if they recommend me taking mine in. Maybe you can give them a ring

She has just now been sick so I'm going to give them a call.

Good luck 🤞

No doubt, the moment you shell out money. She'll be completely back to normal.

Got stuck in work meetings so was going to call at lunchtime.
Hadn't seen her for a bit and then came downstairs to her tucking into the breakfast I put down earlier.
She hasn't eaten much but I'm encouraged she has a bit of an appetite again.
She's gone back to bed again now but hopefully she'll perk up a bit more after another good sleep.
