She’s 2 and has been OK on just dry food (very fussy re wet and leaves most) but lately smells just awful - eggy and gassy. Has also been throwing up brown piles of food now and then. Looks bloated too!
Right in thinking it’s diet related, and give a change of food a try? She’s allowed out so she may well be eating elsewhere too I guess…
