Flea/worm subscription - which is best?

Any recommendations for monthly flea and worm subscriptions for my kitten? Looking at the Vet Box and Itch currently but no idea which is best or if I should be looking at vet treatments? He hasn't had any fleas at all yet but been indoors for 7months.

The ones you get from the vet are best and still reasonably priced

Just don't use Bob Martin flea treatment. Look it up on Facebook it kills so many cats they're trying to get it banned. Best to get from the vet.

Save yourself the money and your pet the chemicals. There’s no need to do monthly treatments. It’s making parasites resistant to treatments. I only treat mine if they show signs of fleas or worms, (and would treat them the following month too to catch hatching eggs). I haven’t used anything for ages.

Don't waste your money - you need proper prescription strength treatment from your vet.

Interesting. Our friend is a dog trainer and he does the same thing. Only treats when needed and sends stool samples to a lab every month to test for worms. Have you found this effective? Do you groom your cat every day?

My parents had a cat years ago and she had a flea collar one year and then nothing until she died and she never had fleas (this was the 80s and 90s though).
