Chewy indoor cat..

My friend has a 6 month old indoor cat that is still very bity/chewy. Are there any toys or treats that might take his mind off things like charging cable and the Velcro straps on her bag and sandals?

My cat is a chewy boy, last year he ended up having surgery due to having flip flop stuck in his stomach! Somebody recommended these and he loves chewing them!

Other than that just keep things away that are dangerous or could be chewed off and swallowed

Kong do a range of bitey cat toys marketed as dental toys.

Mine mostly bites cardboard and me.

My experience is that cats will ignore anything you buy them and deliberately bite your stuff anyway Grin

You just learn to put your stuff away. Or if you're DH, you don't and then complain until the end of time that it's your stuff that's been chewed...again!

@lifeispainauchocolat Yeah-that's kind of my thinking as well-but I have no experience of indoor cats, and my friend is being driven bonkers by her new orange (obviously!) house elf. I was hoping for a magic solution for her!

Mine youngest is orange and while he loves his toys, anything he can steal is much more interesting and entertaining!

My 8 year old cat still chews my fingers when he can get them. It's very gentle and associated with a lot of purring so definitely a sign of affection
