Best weight gain food

My DCat has lost some weight following an illness, she is down to 3kg but should to be at least 3.5kg.

Does anyone have any recommendations for weight gain food please? She can only have wet food at the moment.

How much is she eating at the moment?

Eating normally now, but has been off her food for the last week or so.

The vet wants to monitor over the next couple of weeks to see if she is able to gain weight, she mentioned possible hyperthroidism, but there are no other symptoms.
