Worms in cat poo

I've found a worm in my cat's poo 😱

I've had cats all my life and this is the first time this has happened. Is there a best recommended dewormer anyone can recommend or should I make a vet appointment?

I have two young cats, (11mo and 15mo) they have both been well in themselves but I did notice one cat had runnier poos last week)

Get a worming treatment from your vet. I wouldn't rely on 'over the counter' treatments.
You should probably treat both cats.
Easy to resolve 👍.

That's what I was wondering. I want to be sure they'll be gone! Thank you.

Are you not regularly worming your cats?

We pay £25 at the vet for a wormer & flea spot on that lasts 12 weeks.

Worms can make your cats really ill so treatment is a necessity.
