What's up with my cat?

She keeps stealing my clothes and hoodie and making round nests. They take her ages. She has to make them circular and then she treads them down in the middle.
Once in a nest she stays there for days other than to go to the litter tray or eat. She is neutered and has no health problems. She's 14 years old and has never had kittens. The other cat doesn't do this.

Phantom pregnancy?

Are you sure she has no health issues? The not moving very much would worry me actually. Plus she looks a bit down -her ears are a bit back.

If not that, maybe she's cold? Doesn't like the wind (on of mine gets spooked), other cat is annoying her....

Has anything else changed recently?

At 14 I'd be very surprised if she didn't have arthritic changes. It's incredibly common in older cats and is probably why she's looking for soft, warm areas.

I would get her checked by the vet.

Our cat loves to make nests - especially if DP is away (works abroad a lot) and she will claim something of his. She doesn’t stay in them all day though, more that she would go in in the evening instead of in her actual bed where she would usually snooze under the radiator.

I agree, the not moving would indicate something potentially seriously wrong for me.
my previous cat was 12 when she started hiding under the baby's cot all the time and it turned out she had heart failure 😞
I think she needs to see a vet.
