Weird cat!

Apparently my parents cat has an obsession with ear bud earphones. I was wearing mine round my neck and he's throughly licked both of them. Apparently he always does it. I pointed out to him, that they had been in my ears. App he likes licking ears as well. Total weirdo!

I'm cat-sitting. Cat here wailed and wailed for food, waited while I served it, glanced at it with huge disdain, didn't even bother to sniff it, let alone try it, and then legged it out of the flap.
What's the betting it'll be untouched in the morning?
He's a cutie though.

Not so little, he's been in house arrest for 6 months, while they lived with my sister and BIL. Waiting for their new house to be built. He's got rather fat. 🤣

Loves a picture of Mithril I do. He definitely looks a little "built for comfort" at the mo compared to the last pic I saw of him.

Lots of dogs like licking out ears too. I'm wondering if it's a trait they've evolved into so they help clean out their mate's ears?

My cat likes to lick and stick her wet cold nose up my nose hole and ears. Feels proper grim 😆

My cat likes to sit on the back of the sofa & chew my hair. He then looks disgusted & surprised when he ends up with hair in his mouth.

My friend's cat, we live on the same road, is the same.
He goes mad for ear wax..yuck.,.....It got so bad that he was sneaking into our bedroom early morning to lick and chew my husband's hearing aid. He destroyed two of them before we realised what was going on.It was hard to explain to our local hospital's hearing department why he was constantly asking for new parts !
I googled it and it is a thing apparently 😹
