Dry food for delicate tummy

My cat seems to have a sensitive stomach. If we stick to wet food he's OK, but I'm worried about his teeth (and he thinks he's Starving to Death on 2 meals a day ) so keep trying to give him dry food snacks. Whenever I do it causes diahorrea. Even a grain free brand. Can anyone recommend anything? Thanks!

I use Amazon lifelong on my very sensitive cat. It's made a huge difference.

Scrumbles has slippery elm which is supposed to help with digestion. How about trying a different protein? Catit Nuna is insect-based. According to my cat it's absolutely delicious. He thinks it's treats, he gets a small scoop a day in a puzzle feeder.

The benefits of dry food on dental hygiene isn't supported by research, though. Best thing is to get regular dental checks and brush your cat's teeth if you can.

Try raw, I adopted a young cat that had the most sensitive stomach even when given the highest quality dry food. She’s doing amazingly on raw and how poos are solid, no smell, I don’t even know she’s pooed until I go to empty the litter tray. Going to start introducing wings/wing tips soon as a treat and to help with dental hygiene. Cats are carnivores they aren’t designed to it carb heavy dry food.
