URGENT.. Will cattery accept an email?

I'm going away with work for four days tomorrow morning, My kitten is booked in to go into a cattery. Not sure if all catteries are the same but they need the vaccination record.

Started packing a few hours ago and was getting everything ready for the morning and I can't find his vaccination record anywhere.. Everything to do with the kitten is in a box, I have everything else relating to the kitten, just his vaccination record isn't there.

I took him to be fixed a month ago and they wanted to see it so I can only assume I have lost it somewhere then.

I have looked everywhere, its nowhere to be found.

Contacted the vet that vaccinated him and he has just sent an email with all the information, would the cattery accept this or is it only the physical booklet with the stickers on it? Vet also said they could call him and he would confirm he has been vaccinated.

Trying to call the cattery over the last two hours to ask but no answer so far..

Starting to panic now.

I guess not everywhere is the same but the kennels called our vet to check last time i took ddog without the vaccine book. i'd think it would be fine if you have email evidence from the vet.

Yeah my kennels will call the vet in front of you and get confirmation.
An email will be fine.

It should be fine. Our kennels/cattery will accept verbal confirmation from the vet over the phone.

My cattery would probably accept an email. But they know me well. Take a pic of your cards and keep them on your phone.

If they are at all reasonable they’ll accept either a photo, email evidence or the vet speaking to them - if they don’t accept that they’re not being reasonable. Stay calm.
