New kittens- insurance

We are adopting new kittens today and want to sort insurance asap. Our elderly cats died last year and one was diabetic so we know the importance of good insurance! Can anyone recommend good companies/ who to keep away from!

We're with Tesco for all our animals and they've always been excellent - we insure them on their highest level of lifetime cover (I think it's 10 or 12k per year) and bring the monthly amount down by paying an increased excess of £120 per claim.

PetPlan are also very good.

We use many pets. They have worked out the cheapest for us.
