Teaching cat to use hooded tray

I got this litter tray today for our cats. One of them, our anxious rescue girl, won't go in the tray. Does anyone have any tips to encourage her?

We do have other litter trays available and I have tried popping treats inside (obviously not in the actual litter tray, the walk space) but she just won't. We've also lifted the lid open so it's fully open, but she won't step foot inside.

Keep the door off for a bit?

It has no door and we've kept the lid off.

I probably need to just give it more time, but when she didn't use it today I just knew that that'd be it!
