Cats and spiders

I keep hearing people say they don’t get spiders as they have a cat but is my cat the only one not bothered about spiders and doesn’t get them? Also doesn’t care about flies…

I think my cat must eat spiders because we've had far fewer since we got him. However, he doesn't get them all!

I found a decapitated spider the other day. The only culprit was the cat.

Unless the spider runs into my cats mouth. She's not going anywhere 🤣

Mine doesn’t get any, not a single one.

We’ve had very few since we got Boone. He hunts them and then is all sad when they’re gone. Especially when he’s been trying to get one from its home for a few days 🤣

Lucky you, I heard a distinctly unpleasant chomping noise and turned round to see my cat with big black spiders legs hanging out of its mouth 🤢

Yes, my two try to eat flies, spiders,daddy long legs. They are always chasing something.

Lucky? 🙁 I want my cat to get rid of them they terrify me 🤣 does anyone’s cat also NOT get them?

I once saw my cat puff up, arch her back and do a sideways walk away from one. She doesn't like them any more than I do!

I have three cats. They watch with mild interest until it moves and then they're outta there. My two year old, however, is an excellent spider catcher. Much to my (and the cats) dismay.
