New cat

Our new cat has arrived today. He's a rescue cat with FIV and we want to give him a home. He's a lovely boy. He's hiding tonight but hopefully will settle given time.

so good of you to rescue FIV cat. What kind of cat is he?

I hope he settles in great.

He's short haired, black with white bib and socks ❤️. He hid in the cupboard under the stairs last night but I heard him pootling around when everyone was in bed. The food is put down was gone this morning and he came for a bit of a fuss earlier. So, so far so good.

@Thatcat I lost my ginger cat to FIV 15 years ago. He'd been a stray and not had healthcare until I got him. So I have a bit of a soft spot for FIV kitties.
