Hi,

can anyone offer any opinion as to whether this cat may have been neutered?

I think not but my mom isn’t sure.

He is a stray with have taken in and is booked for health check next week at our vets but we are just curious as to which one of us is right 😂

They look full still. I've had 2 boy cats, one you couldn't see his balls, the one we have now is white on his underside and you you very clearly see his empty balls. They just look flat

I knew someone would know 😂. Tbh I think camera is a bit too zoomed in, he is a small cat and they are quite small / neat looking but we just couldn’t figure it out

He looks like my 8yo neutered boy.
But my 3yo neutered boy looks completely different, who who knows 😂

Gently squeeze. It’ll feel empty if he’s been done.

Also potentially his face will look fuller if he's not been done. I adopted a male cat directly from the street and after he had been neutered his cheeks reduced in size and became more angular and feminine

You'll know when he starts spraying!

If he's a stray, make sure he's scanned for a chip.

My ginger boy was quite well endowed is how the vet put it! He looks like that now he's been done. You should be able to feel if they are still there

Thanks everyone, he has been scanned for a microchip and sadly isn’t chipped he is having a health check with vet next week and if isn’t neutered then he will be booked in 😊
