I posted a little while ago about my 11 month old going out at night. All went well and been week or so now.

But I came home yesterday from work and had hurt her leg so we took her to vets. He reckoned she had dislocated it but she was running around but when I touched her bak bit she didn't like it. The vet said after doing something it had gone back in and gave her meds.

She was scared so I don't know wot happened, maybe she fell, or she had a fight and jumped and sprained when landed as no wound. Painkillers to rescue.

Today she is totally back to normal. No cry when I touch her. Walking and jumping and playing. Now zhe wants out.

Vet said wait 3 days. I don't think she can. Dunno whether I trued this vet knew wot he was saying as was new.

So shall I let her out?

I’d go out with her and make sure she’s back before you go out/to bed.

OK thanks for your reply.

I didn't mention but she has been out all day every day since April. So she is used to being out our secure back.

She will be 1 next month. Just being too adventurous for her own good !

Should I just let her out now?

Personally if she seems fine I'd just let her out.

Vets are always a bit over-cautious as they don't want you coming back and complaining Grin

Hah yea probably. I just cannot see how he thought she dislocated it though. She was in pain but she wasn't limping or dragging her leg.

Asleep now but she has been whining all day to go out

Thank u!
