Cat peeing on new carpet

My 8 year old tortie has a habit of peeing on new carpet. I think it has to do with the new smell. She does not have urinal tract infection and has 2 litter boxes to herself which are cleaned out daily. she is just a pest!

I had carpet laid on the landing and stairs and she pee'd on it. We had new carpet in our spare room a few months later, she pee'd on it. Both carpets have now been ripped up. The spare room carpet I have just had replaced this morning as now my daughters bedroom. We are going to keep the door closed to stop her going in but anyone with knowledge on how long it takes for the new smell to go or what I can use anything on it to make the smell disappear?

I don't want that room constantly shut due to ventilation and on the odd chance we may forget to close the door.......

There's a specialist product you can use to get rid of the smell, which persists even after we can no longer smell it. The one I have is called Simple Solutions Stain and Odor remover. I think I got on Amazon.
