Cats Protection question - neutering

We recently adopted 2 kittens born at CP, we took them home at 9 weeks old so too young to be neutered. They are now almost 13 weeks and we can look to neuter from
16 weeks if they are big enough (one is still very teeny though and the boy only has one testicle descended so it will probably be nearer 20 weeks).

Does anyone know if the adoption fee includes the neutering cost? I am sure the volunteer said it did but I can’t find any
information about it or how to arrange it. My vets seemed to think we had to pay so now I am doubting myself. Older kittens and cats are always done before rehoming.

So the question is, specifically of CP kitten adoption, does the adoption fee include the neutering cost (it covered the jabs, we had the second ones this week)?

You need to check with the CP branch that you adopted them from they all have slightly different policies depending on their funds.

At the branch I worked with they issued a voucher for neutering when the kitten was old enough. Give them a ring and check.
