Early morning wake ups by kitten

Help! I'm being crippled by 5/530 wake ups by the kitten. I stupidly put him in the bedroom at night. He'll settle after about 30 mins of fussing onto his cat tree bed for the night. But not long after it get light he jumps on me to wake me up for breakfast.
How can I stop this except for making him sleep downstairs?

Just to really depress you can I just say that my 10yr old came in at 4:44 to make 'biscuits' on my head... her brother arrived at 5:05am .. both chucked out !!

Breakfast is at 7 am and NOT A MINUTE BEFORE !!

Massive Barricades required ... pillows , and more pillows outside the doors ..

This is an issue in our house. Horselike 2yr old cat and 15yrold frail old lady appear at 5 (ok, wake up as they sleep on the bed). Big dickhead cat chases old lady cat - very unfair for her with an old leg injury, horse cat chases her up and down the stairs eventually. I'm terrified of her seriously hurting herself as she's feisty (but would rather run than batter him).

This has been a problem 18mths and this week I've changed breakfast time to 530 or the point they start chasing each other. I'm an insomnia at it is and I'm at my wits end. All other avenues have been exhausted. I don't know what to do.
