Cone not working

Our cat has injured his leg and has stitches but no dressing. We got him a new cone but he can still reach his leg. Worried he will keep reopening the wound and it won’t heal. Is there anything else we can use instead? Thanks

Maybe one of the body suit things? They are sort of like a babygro with holes for them to go to the toilet.

My cat had one after an operation and it was fantastic! She looked so cute in it too.
