Cat poop smell removal - concrete

So our house has an odd garden layout - the house opens out into a normal grassy garden all good, then round the side, behind the log shed etc is a weird thin concrete strip that doesn't go anywhere, isn't even wide enough for our bin or bikes or anything. It seems to act solely as a light well for the adjoining neighbours basement room. They have a small window which pretty much faces onto this spot at ground level.

We never go down there, it's barely wide enough for a person, hidden from view by our shed and around the side of the building to the main house.

We bumped into the neighbour yesterday and he asked if we could clear our cats business from that area as he can see and smell it (vom) from his basement room. Not entirely sure what he uses the room for but that's irrelevant, he should be able to use it without seeing or smelling poops.

We have multiple litter trays in the house, which our cat makes use of, and we never see the cat pooping in our garden but it turns out the cheeky twat has been taking himself round this alley and doing his business there.

I've been and collected it, but really need something to take away any residual smells, and hopefully prevent future visits!

Dh and I couldn't smell anything as we have recently had hideous colds and lost all sense of smell, otherwise we would have been led by our noses no doubt.

I wonder how long poor neighbour has been stressing about coming to us. I'm mortified.

Oh thanks, I'll get some ordered.

In the meantime while I wait for it to be delivered I'll just go at it with some soapy dishwater til the parcel arrives.
