What's happened to my cat,

He's just come in and I noticed he has some fur missing. Doesn't look particularly sore and he's his usual naughty self.

I've tried to attach a photo, but I can't work it out!

He might have nibbled it off. My cat did this to his belly. It’s all bald now.

Has he had a fight with another local cat?

I don't think he's been fighting.
I'll keep an eye on him for nibbling.
He's strolling around as usual!

One of my cats once came home with a stripe of fur missing. No injuries, absolutely fine in himself. It was like someone had shaved a stripe on him? It was very weird as he was a very nervous cat and didn't go to people easily. I never did get to the bottom of it.

Where is it missing from?
One of mine gets a bit of a bald spot on her back where she can reach around and pull it out. She has a flea allergy and generally very sensitive skin. Went to the vet recently with this - not flea allergy this time as she's mid dose but vet commented that it's a bad time for being bitten by other insects!

Depending on where it is, possibly squeezing through a tight-ish spot & got some fur pulled off that way? Especially bearing in mind that both mine are shedding like mad at the moment....
