I've taken her to the vet and she's about 6 weeks old. Hoping I can find her a nice home in the next few days

Awwww! The little ginger cat I had about 10 years ago was found in similar circumstances.

Agree with this. Six weeks is too young to be away from mum so she might be nearby with the rest of the litter.

She's gone to a nice couple on my street who have two cats already so she'll have a surrogate mummy 😊

Unfortunately there was a lot of traffic (that I brought to a standstill) and I didn't even think about any other kittens! Hopefully if there are any, they're still with their mum

Did you put up on local Facebook groups that a kitten had been found? Once saw a kitten reunited with family that way, save it going to a new family. Well done on saving it x

How do you all keep finding kittens? 😭I've never found a kitten in my life, just next door's massive British shorthair that's built like a brick shithouse and wants to batter me.

She was rescued from the middle of a traffic-filled road, when only 6weeks old, OP you did brilliantly, risking the traffic and taking her to the vet!
If I lost a tiny kitten the whole town would know about it. Doesn't sound like the original owners are looking for her, but if they are and as part of that, contact local vets, then I would think the vet would let OP know
