Don’t joke my white chinchilla Persian used to roll in his breeders coal scuttle. He had to be bathed several times as an adult for not keeping himself as pristine as his sister.

Reminds me of the time I came home from work to find a sheepish ginger boy, stained black, sitting in the middle of the floor because the little get had been up the chimney!!

Just now I spotted him on the roof of the house behind us, the crows saw him and chased him down, swooping at him as he ran off! I was so worried he was going to fall off !!

Is it car oil? Has he been inspecting vehicles maybe?

I think so, we have a spot of oil on our drive so he's most likely been rolling around in it

My ginger boy demands to be towel dried if he comes home wet. We now have a towel basket by the door and he stands at it yelling until we come running 😂

The black one does not give a shit and prefers to roll on fresh white bedding when he's been up the chimney/tree/under a car/in the stream 😑

What a cutie he is.

My cat, mainly white loves nothing more than rolling around in dusty gravel. I call him grubster when he does it.

I've had to completely block up the fireplace in my sitting room to stop my lilac point babies climbing up it and looking much less beautiful!
