Patch on cats nose

Hi guys, I have an 8 year old black and white cat and the last few days I've noticed a patch of brown on her nose. Will try and attach a photo but just wondering whether it's sun damage? Don't think it's a scab otherwise I'd think she's been fighting. Anyone had anything similar on their cat?

It looks like dirt to me. Had he been sitting under cars. If he'll let you I'd probably put sunscreen on that adorable pink nose.

Might be worth seeing the vet if it doesn't come off.

Dried in food?
