Wound on cats ear - treatment?

Hi fellow slaves
I have just noticed a small wound on my cat’s ear - I am not sure if it’s self inflicted or if our other cat was the villain (they have been play fighting in the garden today). Do I need to wash it (risking my own skin in the process Wink) or just keep an eye on it?
No other cats come into our garden and she doesn’t leave it so it won’t be from a proper fight, it looks quite superficial.
Thanks

Just warm saltwater on cotton wool and see if it heals up or goes septic. It’s in the lap of the gods now.

Doesn't look too bad, but I have seen similar wounds turn into abscesses in days.
I agree salt water oncotton wool. Good luck

Pets at home do a fab antiseptic for a fiver. Purple bottle.

Thanks. Cat has had her ear cleaned, she wasn’t very happy about it!
