Sneezy cat..... Or not.

I was working in the garden yesterday, Ladies bimbling about, as is their wont. Last night, I realised that the elder cat was sneezing a lot. Eyes clear, no snot, just a fair bit of sneezing. Today she's been the same - sneezing, but behaving normally ; eating, drinking, litter etc.
Booked the vet for a non emergency appointment, as I will have difficulty getting her there (my bag went missing over the weekend an I can't get any cash for transport).
This evening, I realised it had stopped, not a sneeze out of her since about 7ish.
Obviously, I will hang on to the appointment, but anyone got any ideas as to what's happened? I suspect that she has snorted up a seed and managed to sneeze it out. Any other thoughts?
Her sister as cat tax. Can't get her right way up.

Cats can get hayfever. Or maybe she had something up her nose.

Honestly if she's fine now I'd cancel the appointment and rebook it if symptoms persist.

Had to smile at your right way up comment.

Our cat has hay fever bless him so he sneezes and has runny eyes

Thanks all. She's sneezy again this morning, so hi-ho, hi-ho, it's off to the vet we go. I do hope it is hay fever or a seed up the schnozz.
Glad you like the pic of her sister - it was horizontal when I posted, so that's why the comment.but being Mumsnet, it put it right way up. She's demanding cheese with menaces there.

My cats have done this and funnily enough my neighbours cat had this last weekend. Each time it has been a grass blade up their noses! Luckily for my neighbour her cat did a massive sneeze about an hour before the vet appointment and she could see the blade of grass protruding from his nose and was able to gently remove it. It was about 2 inches long.
