I was brushing Dcat earlier and spotted the dreaded flea dirt 😣

He has a monthly advocate spot on which I buy from the vet. It's expensive and is supposed to cover him for fleas and worms!

Can anyone recommend anything better?

Contact your vet. I had this and the vet advised gave me another treatment for the month, free of charge. If it continues the vet may change the treatment to another.
