Cat strange behaviour as new cat visiting

this Week a cat has been coming into my garden yowling and sitting outside the patio doors. I have a 13+ year old male moggy who goes outside and he goes out into the garden with him. However he’s also started to spray everywhere even though he’s been castrated. I have a 3 yr old female raggie who’s been spayed and she hide’s from the trespasser. I don’t hear any fighting so I’m hoping that they are friends can cats be friends with outside cats. It’s just I don’t want the spraying everywhere. Any ideas and advice would be welcome thanks 🐱

It's very normal for them to feel threatened by newcomers and they often try and mark their territory by spraying.

I would be blocking off the windows if possible so they can't see the newcomer.
