Can an indoor cat pick up worms?

Cats got diroreah and the vet said a worm tablet could sort it out but would an indoor cat 9 months pick up worms?

Yep. You can walk all kinds of things in on your shoes without realising, and the eggs from worms are microscopic so you wouldn't see them.

Yes there was a study that looked at this and yes work burdens were found in indoor cats. Even in the best homes there are occasional vermin as much as hate to think about it.

It’s much less likely than in outdoor cats. But worth trying whether you think it’s likely or not, surely?
