Intermittent diarrhea - cat milk to blame?

Every 6 weeks or so my 6 yr old has an episode of diarrhea and vomiting. She's fine in herself while this is happening. She's been checked by the vet - all fine, next step would be blood tests but he advised it wasn't worth the trauma for her at the moment. She's a very nervy cat and he suggested it was anxiety. But I do buy her cat milk when it's on offer at the supermarket and I think the d&v is coinciding with this. She loves it! Any thoughts? (I'd never give her lactose-containing milk btw).

Worth trying a different type of treat. My pair love cat soup.

Cats need neither. Just water.

Haha my three are all torties and have 'tortitude'. They already gang up and bully me! I'm going to buy some cat soup tomorrow.
