Enzyme cleaner for cat wee

Ugh, I've pulled up the matting as my cat kept weeing there despite me cleaning it and I can see it's seeped in to the concrete.

I can't put down new flooring until the smell is gone- can you recommended a cleaner please for concrete?

Haven’t used the cat version (the dog version is excellent), but have a look at this product as some reviews specifically mention success on concrete:

With the dog version (on concrete, due to porosity) it needed to be applied/allowed to fully dry out several times before any lingering smell was completely gone, but it worked better than anything I’d previously used.

The 4 litre container is much better value overall, and can be used on most hard/soft surfaces - just need to transfer some to an old spray bottle.
